Most orders are shipped from our facility within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) of your payment processing successfully. Shipping times may vary depending on where you live and can be tracked through the shipment number we send to your email address after the shipment leaves our warehouse.
We offer package insurance through Route Shipping Protection. Orders placed with this shipping insurance are covered in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package. Any claims made due to one of these occurrences will need to be filed directly through you and the insurance provider. Redwood Reserves is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
