International Shipping

Due to severe delays in Customs processing times we have temporarily suspended international shipments. We will update this page once this changes.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped from our facility within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) of your payment processing successfully. Shipping times may vary depending on where you live and can be tracked through the shipment number we send to your email address after the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Package Insurance

We offer package insurance at checkout. Orders placed with shipping insurance are covered in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package. Any claims made due to one of these occurrences will need to be filed directly through you and the insurance provider. Redwood Reserves is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, and a 10% restocking fee will apply. Please note, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2-5 business days after the returned product has been received and processed at our facility. The refund amount will be adjusted to exclude both the restocking fee and the original shipping costs.
